Concerts at Melbourne Park

Melbourne Park turns up the volume with a packed month of music this June, with just about every genre possible covered.

Kicking things off is Indian sensation Anirudh who returns to John Cain Arena on Thursday 4 June, having previously performed at the venue in 2024. The composer and singer will celebrate 15 years of musical dominance with a full-throttle, arena-sized show in Melbourne, with an immersive experience in store for fans.

Up next, British R&B star Ella Mai brings the Do You Still Love Me? Tour to Margaret Court Arena on Saturday 6 June. Returning to Australia following her 2023 sell-out tour and recent release of her long-awaited third studio album, her show in Melbourne will give fans the chance to see the GRAMMY-winning powerhouse vocalist in an intimate, stripped-back setting.

Just 16 years old, streaming sensation Freya Skye arrives in Melbourne on Thursday 11 June. Skye’s Stars Align Tour has sold out in seconds across the globe, showcasing the unprecedented demand for this rising star. Catch her now before she becomes a household name.

Melbourne Park’s strong run of K-pop continues in June with IVE returning to the precinct to perform at Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday 16 June, having previously performed next door at the smaller Margaret Court Arena. The girl group’s highly anticipated second world tour opens a new chapter in their artistic journey, marking an evolving era that is set to shape the future of K-pop.

The month then shifts into heavier territory, with Michigan metalcore juggernauts I Prevail return Down Under for a monster headline tour with special guests, Imminence and Invent Animate. The GRAMMY-nominated I Prevail arrive at John Cain Arena with their biggest ever Australian tour on Thursday 18 June, and with rock-solid support acts in tow, this is one not to be missed by metal fans!

On the back of sold-out success of David Tao and Silence Wang, the Mandopop flavour continues as Leehom Wang makes his Rod Laver Arena debut on Saturday 20 June. With this event also nearing a sell-out, the demand for Chinese-language music in Melbourne has never been stronger, and the genre’s biggest stars are all coming to play at Melbourne Park.

A few nights later, UK rapper Dave brings his long-awaited The Boy Who Played the Harp tour to Rod Laver Arena on Tuesday 23 June, celebrating the release of his first new project since 2023. Renowned for his razor-sharp storytelling and genre-defying approach to rap, Dave has become one of the leading voices in contemporary hip-hop. He made history as the youngest solo artist to win the Mercury Prize and has also added a GRAMMY Award to his growing list of accolades. The vibes will be electric for this one.

Back at Margaret Court Arena, metal and gothic pop band Motionless in White return to Melbourne for the first time since 2017 on Wednesday 24 June. They’ll be joined by special guests, Make Them Suffer and Currents, in what is shaping up as a monster bill. For fans of I Prevail (Thursday 18 June, John Cain Arena), Motionless in White supported the former with acclaim on their 2022 Australian run, and now they’ve returned to headline their own show.

Rounding out the month is Indian playback singer Shreya Ghoshal, who returns to Margaret Court Arena on Sunday 28 June, having previously performed at the venue in 2024. One of the most iconic voices in contemporary Indian music, Ghoshal brings The Unstoppable Tour, marking a new vibrant chapter in her live performances. Following the success of her previous international tour, audiences can look forward to a spectacular showcase of her greatest hits with a fresh creative direction.
