Melbourne Park is introducing AXS as its new Official Ticketing Partner. New accessible seating bookings can now be made through AXS.
To book, visit your event page on AXS and select Accessibility under Available Offers. If this option is not available for your event, please contact AXS on 1800 316 964, or email [email protected].
Accessible seating bookings made through Ticketek before 22 August 2026 for upcoming events remain valid.
Some events will continue to use Ticketek for accessible seating bookings, including PAW Patrol Live!, The Songs of John Farnham, Jason Derulo, Dan Does Footy Live and Iron Maiden. To book accessible seating for these events, visit your event page and select the Accessible filter to view available seating. Venue Access
Drop-Off and Pick-Up
Guests with reduced mobility attending Rod Laver Arena or Margaret Court Arena may be dropped off or picked up at the Northern Car Park (Entrance A, Batman Avenue), while those attending John Cain Arena or AAMI Park may do so at the Eastern Plaza Car Park (Entrance D, Olympic Boulevard).
All visitors have 20 minutes to drop off or pick up guests. Please note, exceeding this time may result in parking charges.
Guests may also be dropped off or picked up in the accessible parking bays located in front of John Cain Arena on Olympic Boulevard.
Entry
Melbourne Park is equipped with ramps and lifts, and accessible entry options are available at all turnstiles.
If you require assistance accessing your seat, please inform a member of our guest services team.

Access to this facility requires a Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK). If you do not have your own, one can be obtained from the Information Desk at Gate 4. Amenities include an adult-sized change table, ceiling hoist, peninsula toilet and privacy screen.
Changing Places facilities are located near Door 7.
Margaret Court Arena
Unfortunately, Changing Places facilities are not yet available at Margaret Court Arena. If you need assistance, please inform a staff member who will arrange access to the Rod Laver Arena facilities wherever possible.
John Cain Arena
Access to this facility requires a Master Locksmith Access Key (MLAK). If you do not have your own, one can be obtained from the Information Desk at Gate 7 (West).
Changing Places facilities are located near Door 4.
AAMI Park
Unfortunately, Changing Places facilities are not yet available at AAMI Park, however, accessible toilets are located near Aisles 3, 18, 23 and 37 on Level 1, near Aisles 10 and 21 on Level 3, and in all corporate areas.
Cloaking
Rod Laver Arena
Cloaking is available via Kia Arena or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
Margaret Court Arena
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk at Door 7, or Show Court 3. Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
John Cain Arena
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gates 6 and 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
AAMI Park
Cloaking is available via the Information Desk (Gates 1 and 8). Any prohibited items listed in the venue Conditions of Entry will not be accepted for cloaking.
Companion Cards
Companion Cards are accepted for all events at Melbourne Park. New Companion Card bookings can be made for the accessible seating area by visiting your event page on AXS and selecting Accessibility under Available Offers. For Companion Card bookings outside of the accessible seating area, contact AXS on 1800 316 964, or email [email protected].

Hearing Assist
Hearing augmentation at Rod Laver Arena involves a transmitting and receiving system that improves audio for individuals with hearing impairments.
Guests can use individual receivers provided by each venue to enhance the auditory experience.

Hidden Disabilities
Melbourne Park is pleased to support the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower program as part of our commitment to supporting staff and guests living with non-visible disabilities.
Wearing the Hidden Disabilities Sunflower allows staff and guests to voluntarily share that they have a disability or condition that may not be immediately apparent, and that they may require accessibility adjustments or assistance.
Staff or guests may choose to wear a sunflower badge, lanyard or wristband to participate.

Parents Rooms
Parents rooms are dedicated spaces designed to cater to the specific needs of parents and caregivers with infants or young children. Baby change facilities are also available in many accessible toilets.
Rod Laver Arena
A parents room is located near Door 3, while baby change facilities are located in all accessible toilets.
Amenities include a microwave, multiple baby change tables, nappy disposal, seating, privacy curtain, and tap and sink.
Margaret Court Arena
Parents rooms are located near Doors 6 and 19.
Amenities include a microwave, baby change table, nappy disposal, and tap and sink.
John Cain Arena
A parents room is located near Door 2.
Amenities include a microwave, baby change table, nappy disposal, seating, bar fridge and tap and sink.
AAMI Park
Parents rooms are located near Aisles 18 and 37 on Level 1, while baby change facilities are located in all accessible toilets.
Amenities include a microwave, baby change table, nappy disposal, seating, lockable breastfeeding stall, and tap and sink.
Special Effects
Events may contain sequences of flashing lights, lasers, strobes, haze and pyrotechnics which may affect photosensitive guests, and those with other medical conditions.

Melbourne Park has partnered with KultureCity to improve our ability to assist and accommodate guests with sensory needs at Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena and AAMI Park.
