Melbourne Park is introducing AXS as its new Official Ticketing Partner for year-round events outside the Australian Open.
Depending on your event, your tickets may be provided by either AXS or Ticketek. All bookings remain valid, and if there’s anything you need to do before your event, you will receive an email to the address associated with your booking.

Fan Hub
Visit the Fan Hub for in-person ticketing support and to shop select merchandise from Melbourne Park’s home clubs and the Australian Open.
Located between Rod Laver Arena and Melbourne Park Oval, the Fan Hub is Melbourne Park’s dedicated customer service hub for ticketing support.
Opening Hours
Open 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday to Sunday, and on event days until the start of events and concerts at Rod Laver Arena, Margaret Court Arena, John Cain Arena and AAMI Park.
The Fan Hub will not be open for PAW Patrol Live!, The Songs of John Farnham, Jason Derulo, Dan Does Footy Live or Iron Maiden. For ticketing support at these events, visit the venue box office.

Buying and Managing Tickets
Tickets for most Melbourne Park events can now be purchased through AXS.
Some events, including PAW Patrol Live!, The Songs of John Farnham, Jason Derulo, Dan Does Footy Live and Iron Maiden, continue to be sold through Ticketek.
Tickets for the Australian Open must be purchased through Ticketmaster, the official ticketing provider for this event.
Be wary of purchasing tickets through unauthorised sellers, as there is no guarantee these tickets will be valid for entry into the event.
When purchasing tickets through unauthorised sellers or online marketplaces, there is no guarantee these tickets will be valid for entry into the event. Additionally, if the event is cancelled or postponed, you will not be able to access a refund or re-issued ticket.
You can lodge a complaint against an unauthorised seller to Consumer Affairs Victoria or the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission. Your bank or credit card provider may also be able to assist.
If you think you have purchased tickets that are not genuine, you should immediately contact the person or website who sold them to you. Unfortunately, it can be difficult to check the validity of a ticket without the original purchaser’s name and details.

AXS tickets can be viewed by logging into your AXS account via the mobile app or web browser and going to My Tickets to view your digital barcode and ticket details.
Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed in to your account while connected to the internet, your AXS Mobile ID will be accessible offline.
Ticketek tickets are mobile-only and are delivered electronically to your device. For a smooth entry experience, download your tickets from Ticketek to your digital wallet before arriving at the venue.
Mobile tickets must be displayed on a mobile device for entry.
AXS tickets require a mobile phone to display your AXS Mobile ID for entry. Paper tickets, PDFs and screenshots will not be accepted as your AXS Mobile ID barcode refreshes every 60 seconds help to prevent fraud. Once you’ve downloaded the app and signed in to your account while connected to the internet, your AXS Mobile ID will be accessible offline.
Ticketek mobile and in-app tickets must be scanned directly from the Ticketek app or your phone’s digital wallet and cannot be printed or screenshotted. If you received a paper ticket from Ticketek, you can continue to use this for entry.
If you are unable to access your tickets on a mobile device at the event, visit the venue box office for support.
Seating maps are available on AXS and Ticketek’s websites and you can choose your seats before purchasing. Once you have purchased your tickets, your seating allocation cannot be changed.
Eligible AXS tickets can be listed through AXS Official Resale, subject to the event organiser’s discretion. If your tickets were purchased through Ticketek and are being issued by AXS, resale may not be available until your AXS tickets have been issued. Visit AXS for more information on how to resell your tickets.
Eligible Ticketek tickets can be listed through Ticketek Marketplace until approximately 24 hours prior to the event.
Yes. If an event is cancelled, ticket holders will be eligible for a refund. Information about the refund process will be provided directly to ticket holders following the cancellation.
New accessible seating bookings can be made through AXS by visiting your event page on AXS and selecting Accessibility under Available Offers. If this option is not available for your event, please contact AXS on 1800 316 964, or email [email protected].
Accessible seating bookings for some events will continue to be through Ticketek, including PAW Patrol Live!, The Songs of John Farnham, Jason Derulo, Dan Does Footy Live and Iron Maiden. To book accessible seating for these events, visit your event page on Ticketek and select the Accessible filter to view available seating. If accessible seating is not available online, please contact Ticketek’s Accessible Bookings Hotline on (03) 9286 1208 or submit an online contact request here.

If you purchased your tickets through Ticketek but they have been issued as AXS tickets, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your booking.
The AXS app is not required for all upcoming Melbourne Park events.
You will need to download the AXS app if you purchased your tickets through AXS, or if you have been notified by email that your Ticketek tickets will be issued by AXS.

If your tickets are being issued by AXS, you’ll receive an email from AXS once they’re available, along with instructions on how to access them.

Ticket delivery has been intentionally delayed for select events. Your booking and seat allocation will not be affected, and you will receive your tickets from AXS before the event.

Yes, accessible seat, accessible parking and Companion Card bookings for Melbourne Park events made through Ticketek before 22 August 2026 remain valid.
If you booked accessible seating or Companion Card tickets through Ticketek but they have been issued as AXS tickets, you will receive an email to the email address associated with your booking.
Accessible parking will not be impacted, please follow the instructions shared with you in your confirmation email to access your parking on event day.
Yes. Creating an AXS account will not affect your existing Ticketek account or any tickets you have purchased through Ticketek.
If your Ticketek tickets are being issued by AXS, this will happen automatically, and you will receive an email from AXS once your tickets are available.
Creating an AXS account now will help you be ready to purchase tickets for future Melbourne Park events.
Yes, if you purchased the Refundable Tickets add-on through Ticketek it remains valid even if your tickets have since been issued by AXS. The claims process remains unchanged. For more information visit Ticketek.
No. There are no additional fees if your Ticketek tickets are issued by AXS.
Limited personal details required to identify your booking will be transferred from Ticketek to AXS in accordance with Melbourne Park’s Privacy Policy and Ticketek’s Privacy Policy. This will be restricted to the personal information required to ensure AXS can provide you the ticket as purchased, such as name, email, address, phone and booking details.

Melbourne Park, AXS and Ticketek cannot verify the validity of tickets purchased from unauthorised resale sites or third-party sellers such as Viagogo, Ticket Merchant, Tixel, StubHub or Facebook Marketplace.
If you have already purchased through an unauthorised third-party seller, we recommend contacting the seller or resale platform directly to resolve any issues with your purchase.
