Travis Mardling

Travis Mardling is Deputy Chief Executive Officer at Melbourne Park, where he provides strategic leadership across the organisation’s financial management, corporate services and long-term business priorities.

Working closely with the Chief Executive Officer, he plays a key role in driving organisational performance, financial sustainability and the continued growth of one of Australia’s premier sports and entertainment precincts.

With more than 20 years’ experience in executive leadership, finance and commercial management, Travis has held senior leadership positions across the sport and major events sector. Since joining Melbourne Park, he has served as Chief Financial Officer before being appointed Deputy Chief Executive Officer, leading significant organisational initiatives and supporting the delivery of world-class events and precinct development. Prior to Melbourne Park, he held senior finance roles with Hawthorn Football Club. 

Travis is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Certified Practicing Accountant and holds qualifications in accounting and business, reflecting his commitment to strong governance, strategic leadership and organisational excellence.
