Taryn Evans
Taryn Evans is Chief People Officer and leads Melbourne Park’s people strategy, culture, capability and workforce initiatives to support a broad and diverse employee base to deliver world-class sporting and entertainment experiences.
With more than 15 years’ experience in human resources and organisational development, she has built a career focused on cultivating high-performing teams, strengthening organisational culture and driving strategic workforce outcomes across complex environments.
Since joining Melbourne Park in 2011, Taryn has held a range of senior people and culture leadership roles, contributing to organisational transformation, talent development, employee engagement and has led significant enterprise initiatives in this time. Prior to this, she held human resources positions across the media, events and racing industries, bringing broad experience in workforce planning, leadership and organisational capability.
Taryn partners with executives and boards to navigate complex change and create cultures where people and organisations can thrive together. She holds a Bachelor of Business Management and is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology.
