Megan O’Reilly

Megan O’Reilly is Chief Operating Officer at Melbourne Park, where she oversees the integrated operations and future development of one of the world’s leading sports and entertainment precincts.

Her portfolio includes event delivery, customer and hospitality experience, infrastructure and asset management, precinct security and capital works, while also leading Melbourne Park’s operational delivery of the Australian Open.

With extensive executive leadership experience across venue operations, people and culture, customer experience and organisational transformation, Megan has held senior leadership roles spanning human resources, and operational management. She is recognised for building high-performing teams, driving organisational excellence and delivering world-class experiences in complex, high-profile environments. 

Megan serves as President of the Venue Management Association (Asia and Pacific), where she is committed to advancing the venue industry and supporting the next generation of leaders. She holds Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Economics degrees.
