Catherine Friday

Catherine leads Ernst and Young’s Risk Transformation practice across Oceania, which includes governance, risk and compliance services at both the organisational, business unit, and project/program level.

One of her team’s specialist areas is in running risk management and analytics as a managed service. Her particular industry focus is government and public sector, and she led the Canberra Risk Practice for 5 years, delivering risk consulting, internal audit, corporate governance, P3 risk management and compliance service lines. 

Catherine’s clients have included state and federal departments and regulators, ministerial councils, ASX top 20 companies, not-for-profits and NGOs. She is also a Director on the Board of the Risk Management Institute of Australasia (RMIA).

Catherine is one of 140 Certified Practicing Risk Managers in Australia. She is certified in the UK Office of Government Commerce Management of Risk program (2013), and is PRINCE2 certified.
