Ben Goodwin

Ben Goodwin is Chief Strategy Officer at Melbourne Park, where he leads the organisation’s strategy, technology, digital transformation, and data functions.

He works with the executive and Trust to shape strategic direction, leads enterprise transformation and ensures technology and digital capability enable Melbourne Park’s future growth. 

With extensive experience in strategy, commercial, technology and organisational transformation, Ben has played a key role in positioning Melbourne Park for its next phase of growth. Since joining the organisation, he has held a number of senior leadership roles, spanning customer, commercial, technology and enterprise strategy, giving him a broad perspective across the operational and strategic drivers of the business.  

Ben is passionate about helping organisations navigate complexity, using strategic thinking, technology and innovation to improve organisational performance, create better customer experiences and deliver long-term public value.
